JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Business Law Legal Advisor is responsible for the rendering of professional legal advice and assistance to the Company’s Corporate Business Law policy holders. He/she will take down the policy holder’s instruction and advise policy holder on matters ranging from Labour, Contracts, Compliance, BBBEE, and general Civil law.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS LAW LEGAL ADVISOR POSITION
1. Ability to speak, write and understand two official African languages of which English or Afrikaans should be one OR both,
2. Admitted Attorney or advocate, 2 years + post admission experience.
3. Experience and competency in the following, but limited to, areas of law:
• Labour Law
• Legislative and Regulatory Compliance
• BBBEE
• Contracts
• General Civil Law
4. Computer literate, excellent communication skills and initiative,
5. Able to work without supervision,

SALARY
Between R12 500.00 - R14 500.00 cost to company per month based on experience.
