Roads Surfacing Business Manager. Must have a formal tertiary qualification in Science and Technology and extensive training in the Bitumen Industry from the Asphalt Academy. Min 8-10 years exp in the Surfacing and bituminous environment and min 5 years ina management position. Will be responsible for developing long term startegy of the business unit, manage internal and external stakeholders, oversee the sourcing and purchasing of surfacing and otehr raw materials, analyse product requirements and maintain constant supply. Will manage the application of surfacing products, manage the required surfacing distributors and ensure that customer requirements are met. Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships, participate in development of new technologies and products. Must be commercially strong and have a good understanding of profitable business and financial management decision making processes.
