Job Description

Assist the CEO with various operations and priorities to achieve efficient time management
Work with ExCo members on company KPA’s and writing reports / monitoring progress
Support in decision making by gathering business information and communication
Supervise high-profile projects and ensure activities and objectives are inline throughout the company
Oversee project management
Keep updated on company governance, decisions made and ICT Markets (digital, technologies, business processes and telecommunication products)
Report to the CEO on developments with regards to projects
Ensure all projects are delivered in a timeous manner and to the best quality

Minimum Requirements

Relevant N. Diploma/Degree
Masters Degree in business field is advantageous
5 years’ exp. In a SNR Management level in a corporate environment
5 years’ exp. In digital project management, telecommunications & relationship building on an executive level
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge on different project management methods/tools & budget processes / financial analysis
Knowledge of ICT Markets
Must have a valid driver’s license
