The responsibility of the Provider Networks Manager is to manage the Provider Networks department. The purpose of the position is to design, develop, maintain and manage provider networks.• Establish and grow various Provider Networks to meet business requirements

• Experience in the medical scheme industry
• Experience and knowledge of medical scheme administration and in particular claims management and handling provider queries
• Understanding of private sector provider practice management
• Experience in provider network management is an advantage
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• A successful track record in managing a team
• A health professional qualification is an advantage
