Core Purpose:- TYRE INDUSTRY
To maximize the Branch’s profitability by leading the team to attain their full potential and thereby achieve the set business objectives.

Key Performance Areas:-
1. Develop business plans to meet the agreed sales plan and company budget.
2. Maintain, develop and grow the customer base in area of responsibility
3. Manage the activities of the branch to ensure that financial and administrative standards and procedures are met.
4. Manage and develop associates’ performance.
5. Manage self to maintain personal effectiveness.

Skills and experience required:-
? A minimum of 8 years in the Tyre Industry at senior supervisory or junior management level
? Previous experience in managing On – site operations essential
? Proven people and resource management experience.
? Effective selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
? Sound understanding of management principles including inventory and financial controls, budgets, sales forecasting, demand planning and industrial relations.
? Sound working knowledge of all related administrative and “point - of - sale ? computer systems.

Qualification required:-
? Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. preferably General Management Diploma.

A sound understanding of trading conditions in the specific area would be an advantage
