Business Operations Analyst - Permanent Role (Telecoms / ICT Sector)

We are urgently recruiting for a Business Operations Analyst for a permanent role with one of the leading Telecoms organisations in the country. You will report to the Operations Director, and primarily be responsible for monitoring and improving daily functions, building processes and measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures.

Educational and proficiency level:
• Degree in Business Management, Engineering or Computer Science
• Project Management qualification / certification is desirable
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) is also preferable

You will possess experience in the following areas:
• Process Analysis
• Business operations re-engineering
• Continuous Process Improvement
• Project planning and administration
• Sales governance
• Business results tracking
