Business Operations Manager Metallurgical Testing

This position includes management of the metallurgical laboratory in Johannesburg.

Education (preferred)
- Physical Metallurgist or Mechanical Engineer with lab background

Experience
? Minimum 5 years working experience in managing a metallurgical Laboratory
? Experienced to manage the human resources aspects of the business
? Experienced to manage the commercial and financial aspects of the business
? Experience in managing the business development aspect of the business
? Experienced with a wide range of international standards and materials and interpretation / execution in day to day testing
? Experience in implementing / working with a LIMS system
