PBT Group has a requirement for a Business / Process Analyst. This resource will specialise in business architecture and process analysis, in order to effectively analyse all data impacting business processes.

The person’s responsibility will be to analyse all business processes and system data entry points to clearly articulate the requirements for validation controls. Furthermore, the person will also be able to support business process amendments if and where required.

Duties:
- Work with the relevant stakeholders to understand the requirements, facilitate solution exploration, develop the Business Requirement Specification(s) and obtain consensus.
- Work with the project manager and BPA I to develop the Project Definition Report.
- Actively participate in, and promote a working group culture with the IT Business Process Analysis function.
- Provide regular status updates.
- Proactively identify and communicate impacts, risks and issues.
- Participate in the selection of solutions.
- Provide input into the Systems Requirements Specification and the Application Integration Specification.
- Ensure the integrity of the solution in accordance with the business requirements.
- Plan, drive and execute functional testing and business sign off.
- Guide the preparation of or prepare user manuals and guides with the change manager.
- Review training documentation and participate in project training.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Business requirement analysis skills
- Process design and documentation skills
- Systems development life cycle experience
- Knowledge of relevant methodology and tools; e.g. ARIS
- Project management life cycle knowledge
- Broad general IT knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably across multiple disciplines/domains

Qualifications/ Certification:
