- the incumbent is required to and document business processes in their AS-IS state. Once this is understood the incumbent must facilitate further workshops to bring the process into a desired TO-BE state.
- these TO-BE processes will then form part of either process change or technology solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for communicating these to the Software Development team.
- Major areas of responsibility are process design, operationalising such processes and implementation. The successful incumbent must be able to improve processes, creates efficiencies (financial & time) for business. This must be done with a keen eye on risks and always align to governance and policies.
- develop, configure, optimize and document processes from inception end to end.
- develop governance and policy aligned, routines and innovative solutions to improve business processes of high quality.
- perform process simulations.
- perform risk assessments
- facilitate workshops

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Post graduate (Honours) degree (desired)
- advanced post graduate (Diploma NQF level8)
- minimum 5 years' experience in Process Engineering/
- minimum 5 years' experience in process simulations.
- strong knowledge of process engineering software and strong process modelling skills.
- proven ability to work with SCRUM teams
