BPM Developer

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Process Management Developer (BPM Developer) You will need to have technical hands-on experience of integrating code into Oracle Database and performing some Java Scripting.

Key focus areas will include Analysis, Development, Implementation, Standardisation and Communication

You will also meet the following Minimum Requirements:
• B.Sc Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT / IS
• Experience in BPM and integration technologies such as the TIBCO BW, iProcess or AMX BPM suites
• Experience in Java, Databases and scripting languages
o 3-5 years minimum
• Experience in Business Process Management and integration
o 5 years minimum
• Practical implementation experience with BPM Solutions:
o Process design notations such as BPMN, BPEL and BPMN 2.0
• Experience in financial services
• Knowledge required:
- Software Development Life Cycles
- Project Life Cycles
