POSITION : Business Process Project Coordinator
Salary:
Salary : R28k – R30k P/M
Location : Cape Town

About the company:

A leading South African Financial Services business is looking to employ a Business Process Project Coordinator to support the mapping and optimisation of business processes and support with various operational projects

Duties:
• Analyse & Design new and enhanced business processes
• Support project and initiatives from an end to end view: from solution design to execution and close-out
• Management of documentation
• Work with other departments within the Operations Support space to effectively deliver solutions, creating collaborative working relationships
• Using data & analytics to identify risks and opportunities whilst creating visibility of the impact in the greater business
• Provide effective written & oral communication & feedback to business
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer experience and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Provide clear and timeous feedback, and effectively manage business expectations

Requirements:
• Matric/ Grade 12
• Proven experience in Business Process Management/Project Management
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services/call centre environment
• Diploma or certificate in Business Processing/Analytics/Project Management
• Previous work experience in the following environments:
o MIS (Management Information Systems)
o BI (Business Intelligence)
o Project Office
o Business Process Office
o Workforce Management
