Business Solutions Manager - Customer

As Business Solutions Manager (customer), you will be reporting directly to the IT Director. Effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of the Sub Saharan Africa’s commercial customer business process, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies in defining the appropriate technology solutions.

Requirements:
* Formal Education & Certification: 3 yrs university degree or diploma in relevant discipline
* 6 years direct experience in implementation and managing the following processes:
-eCRM
-Direct Consumer Engagement
-E Commerce
-Campaign Management
-Sales force automation
-Customer data analytics
-Project Management
-Strong practical experience with system enablers including relevant applications i.e. and a good knowledge of associated B.I solutions
-Direct experience in software development and design and systems management.
-Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
-Direct, hands-on experience with automated software and system management tools.
-Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
-Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.

Candidate Profile:
* Determined to succeed by driving timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions.
* Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals and fulfil end-user requirements.
* Manage the development, testing and deployment of new applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise
* Design, develop, and install application enhancements and upgrades
* Review and analyze existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
* Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specification
* Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills.

Business Solutions Manager Experience:
* Have experience in co-ordination between the various development teams and also between vendors at different co-locations
* Have prior experience in scoping, planning, tracking, change control, and other aspects of the projects
* Build and maintain relationships with key contacts/decision makers inside the organization and enhance a long-lasting business partnership
* Understand and translate the local needs of the Commercial Team to a practical solution
* Ability to understand current/changing business processes, participation in defining application and platform functionality
* Identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies
* Strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the group while managing the tactical components of running the daily business. Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans
* Where necessary, prepare, establish, and monitor budgets
