Business Sourcing Consultant - Hygiene & Pest Control - Durban - R12k + comm.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to source and grow new business in the Durban and greater metropolitan areas.

Someone that is new to the sales market and wanting to learn and thrive in the sales market
Candidates main responsibility is to generate leads and secure appointments with potential clients for existing reps.
Candidate must be a quick learner, to be able to learn the Hygiene industry

Capacity and profile to hunt and source new business opportunities
Matric
Proven track record in establishing and growing new markets in the Durban and surrounding areas
Ability to interact at senior level with both customers and management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

Source, negotiate and sign new business
Build relationships with big corporate Companies
Plan and set up appointments with the identified customers
Prospect and prepare worksheets of opposition activity and accounts in their respective areas
Liaise and co-ordinate identified opportunities with sales specialists
Qualify opportunities for potential sales leads and hand over/ see through opportunities identified to the respective sales specialists
