My client is a Medical Device company who seeks to employ a Business and Marketing Support Administrator.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Tertiary in Secretarial or Communications an advantage
Valid Driver's license and own transport
Fluent in English
JDE or Similar ERP experience an advantage
Minimum 5 Years Admin related exp
Computer Literate

Role
Product management support:
Completion of new item and instrument motivation forms based on input from managers
Provide support in areas such as internet searches, comparator products and pricing information
Maintenance of market research data to managers within portfolios
Updating of loan set checklists and product preference lists
Maintenance of Capex placement registers in conjunction with the relevant manager
Assistance with tender document preparation and coordination of submission
Set up group email contacts for this purpose or mail shots.
Relationship Marketing - keeping up a steady and consistent flow of information with current and long term customers.
Build relationships with marketing personnel at principals.
Assist with maintenance of capital registry and hospital group capital placement and consignment agreements

Sales Support:
Managing the quotation process for the business unit - produce quotes, monitoring quotes and liaison with medical funders regarding limits
Obtain medical aid authorizations for cases - contact medical aids and send necessary motivation forms and quotations as required
Update the Sales and Marketing Strategies based on changes made by management
Assistance in maintenance, control and tracking of expense budgets by loading the expenses against the correct entries
