Our client in the fuel management industry is looking for a Business Support Consultant. The candidate must have:
?A Bachelor’s Degree, in Commerce (with a financial background).
?2 – 5 year’s experience.
?Spoken and written proficiency in English.
?French or Portuguese would be an added advantage.
? High level of computer literacy, especially MS Excel (Advanced to Master)
?Immediate identification of any exceptions and anomalies for escalation to the relevant departments within the company and with the clients.
? Compile and send required daily billing reports within agreed SLA time to the relevant clients.
? Review wet stock reports and ensure that the Wet stock/Meter reconciliations balance back to the billing files.
?Analysis and interpretation of data including trend analysis.
? Liaise with the Clients, Data Analysts, Technical Support Team and Site Managers to get required information when needed.
?SQL working experience with data extract and transformation a must.
