Requirements
Certificate /Diploma in Financial Management and 1-2 year financial administration experience or Matric with relevant 2-3 years experience in a financial administration environment
Experience in SAP Journal Processing
Intermediate /Advanced Excel is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Financial acumen
Must be deadline driven and have high accuracy to detail
Experience in a financial telecommunications environment will be advantageous
Experience in working with budgets will be advantageous
Experience in building and tracking business cases will be advantageous

KPI's
• Service Delivery Administration
o Complete monthly recharge of mobile telephony expenses for all corporate mobile users
o Complete monthly recharge of telephony expenses for Head Office, stores and call centers using different call tariffs per area
o Perform monthly voice & mobile reconciliations
o Ensure that the Telecoms Management System is kept up to date
o Schedule cost centre and branch reports
o Compile budget forecasts, track variances, investigate variances, report & present to applicable stakeholders
o Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data and reports
o Verify service provider invoices and payments
o Conduct in-depth investigations into service provider billing and anomalies/errors, substantiating errors, providing feedback to stakeholders and driving resolution of error(s) to completion
o Preparing and presenting monthly financial feedback to senior stakeholders within IT as well as business
o Using propriety TEM solution to manage the mobile and fixed line environment
o Affect any change control activities which may be required by the client.
o Provide financial input for monthly Steercoms, monthly internal presentations and projects and any other operational meetings
o Handle and investigate financial related incidents and service requests and ensure that these are resolved in a timely manner to the complete satisfaction of the client.
o Analyse invoice information and map this to the site mapping account lists.
o Provide information to Shared Support Services when required and in a timely manner.
o Recommend areas in which the systems can be improved on-site to secure costs savings for the client or additional value adds.
o Develop one's own knowledge base within the telecoms field through an active and deliberate plan, research and active study.
o Coach employees in particular areas of subject matter expertise.
o Gather site data and continuously maintain the integrity of site information.
o Maintain the site List.
o Manage the integrity of site information with reference to vendor data.
o Provide support to respective role players prior to authorisation of relevant contracts.
o Download and edit reports from database for distribution purposes or internal analysis.
o Prepare various reports or inputs thereto as required by the client.
o Compile service delivery reports as required.
o Ensure integrity of report information before distribution (Final products to be QA'ed by Site Manager).
