R30 000 – R40 000 per month neg
 
Responsible for business process improvement using Process Analytical tools and techniques.

• Analysis of business processes
• Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Define business process and activity SLAs
• Liaise with management to continuously evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
• Liaise with business analysts and give input to business process design and modelling
• Responsible for efficient business process monitoring and execution
• Staff work schedules
• Resource allocation
• Staff performance
• Incentive allocation
• Design and implement Process analytics tools and techniques
• 2-5 years exp. in this discipline

Must have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Understanding of business processes 
• Understanding of the organisation of a company 
• Data analysis 
• Management reporting 
• Strong statistical, numerical and mathematical skills

 
Must have achieved a result of C or above in matric maths
 
Must be able to write specs (critical) and conduct JAD sessions at senior stakeholder level.
 
In-depth experience in design and development of solutions for own developed back-end  financial/insurance products.
 
Essential: relevant degree, strong communication & documentation skill, UML experience,  testing at DB level (SQL) & process modelling  (BPMN).    
 
Must be a Systems Analyst, not just any Business Analyst
 
Must have obtained a minimum of C on Maths HG (Every application is to be accompanied by Maths results)
