Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree / B.Tech in Production Management
- 7-10 Years’ experience in Manufacturing at a management level of production / operations management, process improvement project, project management, command credibility in the wider organisation and coaches
- Experience and understanding of advanced training and development in manufacturing systems, quality systems and processes, preferably in FMCG Environment.
- Track record of driving Lean Manufacturing in high volume production

- Drive continuous improvement CIP's
- Execute new product introductions
