My Short Term Insurance client is urgently seeking a Business Unit Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA) CIMA/ BComm Honours (Financial /Investment)
• 3-5 years prior management experience (must have people management experience.

Duties

• You will grow and develop the staff compliment through enhanced recruitment techniques
• Development of two individual business units through the coaching and mentoring of staff
• Implementation of specific marketing campaigns by co-ordinating efforts with the marketing function - using production and success data
• Achieve operational efficiencies through optimal allocation of scarce resources
• Improve production quality standards using data and enhanced training and coaching techniques
• Use of Data analytics skills which drives innovative practices in enhancing CRM
• Increase customer service standards through enhanced management techniques.
