Experience required below:
Perform analysis of organizations, and designs of processes and models, with an
Assessment of the business model and its relationship with technology.
Experience essential in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
Analyse business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or Automated.
Project Stakeholder Satisfaction Index success rate
Excellent written / oral communication skills in English
Facilitate process evaluation workshops with stakeholders when implementing new, or when improving existing processes.
Ensuring that any new/updated processes are evaluated from a business perspective and that common business logic is considered in process design.
Ensures Automated workflow processes are designed and effective integration with the Admin system is achieved.
Responsible for the design and implementation of major and minor workflow processes and components for clients
Design, test and deliver workflow based, solutions
Enhancements and defect resolution required
Provide onsite training and documentation in support of training.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
Responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of workflow processes
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.

Salary: R20 000- R28 000 CTC per month - based on experience and qualifications
