A leading Established Meat processing plant in the Western Cape which specialises in a full range of emulsion products and hams, is seeking to employ a suitable BUTCHERY Manager with a minimum of 3 Years’ experience in the field to manage the daily running of the butcher shop.
Position urgently needs to be filled in Worcester.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for managing the butchery,
• Controlling of stock,
• cash ups and daily banking,
• opening and closing store,
• Managing & training of staff,
Requirements
• At least 2 years butchery manager experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Excellent problem solving capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills and leadership skills
• Cope well under pressure and manage a large staff complement
