BUTCHERY MANAGER – NELSPRUIT:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 Years’ experience as Butchery Manager
• Qualified Blockman
MAIN DUTIES:
• Managing of Butchery at large Retail store
• Staff Management
• Staff training
• Budgets
• Weekly sales projections
• Maintaining GP and Costs
• Reports
• Customer Service
• Handling client complaints
• Stock Control
• Weekly stocktakes
• Ordering of spices and othering of butchery stock
• Counter layout
• Hygiene control
• Manage a clean and efficient butchery
• Time schedules for a staff
• Sourcing of bulk clientele

SALARY PACKAGE:
• R25,000 – R30,000 (depending on experience)
