Our client requires the services of a Butchery Manager to manage the meat market in compliance with quality and production standards.

Key performance areas:

? People management
? Client satisfaction facilitation
? Product and stock availability management
? Quality control management
? Administration management
? Stock management facilitation
? Hygiene and safety management

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric or relevant qualification
? Minimum 2 years management experience within the Meat industry inclusive of butchery operations
? Knowledge of meat cuts/ products
? Knowledge of meat market operations & hygiene and safety standards
? Operation of meat market equipment (i.e. scale, cling-wrap machine, mixer, filler)
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
? Excellent computer literacy
? Must have excellent numerical/financial skills
? Problem solving skills
