Liaise with and obtain prices from specialist suppliers and sub-contractors
Build up rates.
Create Bill of Materials.
Issuing bill of materials to procurement department for purchasing.
Issuing cutting schedules into factory for production.
Evaluating and pricing variations and site instructions.
maintaining and updating master costing programme
Liaise with sales team, management and clients on project requirements.
Occasionally provide clients with technical product advice.
Prepare report/ spreadsheet at project completion showing actual costs vs allowed
Prepare monthly claims.
