Excellent opportunity for candidate with 2-5 years of t buying experience. Knowledge of food Industry is essential. Ideal candidate to be an excellent team player, energetic, passion for sales, excel under pressure, self-confident & self-driven and ability to meet deadlines. Must be willing to work overtime have driver’s license and own reliable transport. A Sales/Marketing qualification would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving and analysing enquiries received from clients
• Sourcing of suppliers & products
• Utilizing our in-house software package
• Quoting and following up with clients
• Placing and administer orders with suppliers
• Add hoc sourcing and procurement
• Liaising with suppliers
• Liaison with Logistics dept
• Inspections of products
• Labelling of goods
• Establish Packing List
• Finalise invoice and packing list to be given to logistics department
• Any other duty that is reasonable and relevant to this position
