My client, an international concern operating within the renewable energy industry is seeking the services of a qualified Buyer to commence employment soonest

Requirements:
• Matric with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing and stock control
• Must have an analytical approach to tasks and it is an advantage with an education in purchase - however, we expect you to have as a minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position
• You are proactive, motivated by results, show responsibility and have a service-minded attitude.

The main responsibilities for this position are procurement and sourcing of products, however you can also expect the following tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for inventory control including monthly stock count etc.
• You are an experienced user of MS-Office, included super user in EXCEL
• You are experienced in ERP systems, NAVISION would be an advantage but not a must
• You will be a part of logistic in cooperation with GMO
• You will long-term be responsible for contract negotiations, as well as developing new contracts, and renegotiation of existing contracts
• Corporate language is English, so it is essential that you can communicate technical English, both in writing and verbally
