Qualifications:
Matric

Experience:
3-4 years in procurement and stock control an advantage.

Duties:
• Plan and execute procurement of equipment, maintenance spares, consumables • Maintain strong working relationships and communications with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries, • Proactively report stock availability issues. • Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in QAD system, • Proactively provide supply status and shipment tracking, • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers the required documents, • Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of maintenance spares, components and finished goods, • Control capex projects and assignments as requested, • Control and manage expense budget as requested, • Evaluate new contracts and determine buy-out requirements according to procedures, • Find best product for the best price, from reliable vendors, • Assure that the acquisition of all goods or services will meet the requirements, • Maintain proper levels of stocked inventory. • Initiate and implement process improvement initiatives for department.
