Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Purchasing
3-5 Years Purchasing / Procurement experience essential
Working experience on SAP an advantage

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the internal Procurement procedure is adhered to at all times.
Make sure requisitions are completed correctly and have authorized signatures.
Requisitions must be authorized by controllers.
Monthly reports to be completed both locally and internationally.
Operational administration, including but not limited to, faxing, filing and photocopying.
Ensure that orders are faxed/e-mailed and communication is made to the vendors.
Outstanding Order report monitored and expedited.
