My Client is looking for a person who is going to do the following:

• Ensure the ERP system parameters related to Suppliers and Inventor are updated and maintained at all times
• Formulates component schedules/requirements based upon the Master Production Schedule
• Formulates material requirements for raw materials to requisition purchase orders necessary to meet production Schedules
• Update and maintain the Stores Delivery schedules to ensure a smooth flow of vehicles through the Receiving
• Liase with Suppliers on day to day basis for any components required
• Buying of Packaging Components
• Raise shipment orders, track and traced orders
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned ie projects, SOP’s
• Report Vendor KPI for Service delivery on a monthly basis
• Required to data capture for quarterly Stock Take


The person should have the following minimum experience required:

• Matric and/or Minimum 5 years in a Pharmaceutical Environment
• 3-5 years’ experience in Purchasing and/or Materials
• Supply chain Management certificate
