Buyer

Our client is looking for a senior imports buyer within the imports/exports division. This role is to ensure that effective and efficient processes are in place with minimum risk, cost reduction and complying to regulations.

Responsibilities:
Buying of raw materials / finished goods
Sound knowledge of international trade agreements, rules and regulations
International imports/ exports tariff
Sourcing of products internationally and locally


Requirements:
Bcom supply chain/ logistics/ Purchasing Management
2 years procurement and imports experience
Forex and payment management experience
Knowledge of ISO requirements and international documentations
Good Communication and Presentation skills
Extensive experience in SAP material management Systems and MS packages
