• IT Degree / Diploma and certifications
• 3 years experience in Microsoft .NET development C# / XAML (Silverlight)
• GUI development for desktop applications
• Application of MVVM / MVC architectural design patterns
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• UML design qualification/ experience
• Ability to balance competing tasks in a rapidly changing environment
