My client is an insurance company based in Melrose (Johannesburg) is looking for a passionate C# Developer to join their team.  You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a suite of C#/ASP .NET products.  The company is walking distance from the Rosebank Gautrain Station!

Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience developing scalable web applications.
• Advanced knowledge of ASP .NET, C#, and .NET 3.5/4.0/4.5.
• Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of JQuery, preferred.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, industry standards, architecture and navigation.
• Extensive professional experience with Object-Oriented Languages.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Object-Oriented Architecture.
• Experience with service-based architectures, preferred.
• Experience with Relational Databases; DB design, stored procedures, T-SQL, DB architecture.
• Experience with MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 or 2012 required.
• Experience with SOAP web services
