Duties and responsibilities:
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
• Perform coding to written technical specifications
• Investigate, analyse and document reported defects
• Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
• Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses
• Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates

Performs related duties as assigned
• Develops new applications from beginning to end
• Maintains existing applications effectively
• Creates code that meets system and business standards
• Analyzes methods to efficiently address software system requirements
• Effectively tests a program by running it to ensure that the instructions are correct and that the program produces the desired outcome
• Change and recheck all problems identified until it produces the correct results

Requirements:
• Relevant IT qualification
• Minimum three years’ experience
• C# and .Net experience
• SQL Server experience
• Understanding algorithms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Silverlight/Ajax would be an advantage
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
• A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
• Ability to work well within a team
