The ideal candidate should be able to: design and build high quality and reliable applications; hiring and leading new team members; and, sourcing, identify and fixing bugs in the system.

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science/IT)
• Minimum 6 years’ solid C++ development experience
• Extensive knowledge of: C++, Oracle Databases, Visual Studio 2010 or higher, WCF, Silverlight, WPF
• Familiar with SharePoint Word Automation Services and Windows Workflow Foundation
• Self-driven and very hardworking
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organisational skills
