Qualifications:

C# / .Net Development
ASP.NET (Classic and MVC)
Web Stack (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
SQL Server database design and implementation

Suggested Skills:

Azure (ARM, Service Fabric)
Scripting Knowledge (like PowerShell or similar)
Understanding of MVC and MVVM patterns
Experience with libraries and frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, BackboneJS)
Mobile Development (Xamarin, Objective-C)
