This Sandton based financial services organization has a high-profile role for a Software Developer with at least 5 years’ experience in using multiple Microsoft technologies and platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and supporting software that is essential for the effective and efficient running of this high-profile financial services organization, collaborating on strategic projects and ensuring ongoing projects are managed on time and to budget.

The successful person will have a relevant degree, MCSD and at least 5 years’ experience as a developer in a financial services company (an understanding of the systems and use of data in banking especially is very important).

Key responsibilities:

1. Development of software using Microsoft technologies and platforms.
2. Project management – Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
3. Budgets.
4. Strategic planning.
5. Systems analysis.
6. Keeping up-to-date with international developments.

Skills Required: C#.Net; MS SQL; Windows Azure and Web Services.
