Responsibilities: • Set up meeting with client to define BPM need. • Map clients’ processes, using Visio etc. • Document the clients’ requirements (create scope of work, functional specification, technical specification) – to be signed by stakeholders to ensure consensus • Draw up a project plan with clear milestones to be achieved • Configure and test solutions based on clients’ requirements • Build prototypes to offer guidance were requirements are unclear and/or the client is unsure • Continuous communication/workshop/presentations with client to ensure that the customer’s expectations are met • Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure the solution is stable and according to the customers’ requirements Qualifications and Experience: • Suitable Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma I.e.
