Global technical manufacturer and supplier requires a qualified CA (SA) and 4-5 years post articles experience for a Finance Manager position.

Prepare month end reports
Uploading of financial figures on group reporting system
Review Debtors and Creditors reconciliations
Assist stakeholders with ad hoc financial queries
Be the first point of contact for all escalated queries
Ensure proactive communications to all parties involved for all outstanding items older than 30 days on debtor and fixed assets accounts
Assist in the budget/forecast preparation and reporting
Assist in compiling a year-end audit file and address audit queries
Complete required schedules and reports during month-end process
Ensure reporting is in line with reporting standards as required
Implement and maintain proper control over all payments made by controlling all changes to supplier banking details and verifying all payments made
Submit weekly cash flow reporting to Head Office
Upload monthly figures on group reporting system
Manage CAPEX and fixed assets register
Manage inter-company confirmations
Complete monthly VAT returns and journals
Review creditors reconciliations
Ensure audit trail for all transactions
Ensure that an accrual is made for all invoices not accounted for at month end
Maintain effective working relationships with company’s internal and external stakeholders
