- 2 people would be employed by on a 3 monthly contract basis.

- Specification of the person – minimum of a matric qualification, good understanding of the English language, full understanding of windows and the Microsoft office products. A minimum of 2 years prior sales experience.

- They would be given a desk in our current sales area, a computer, full internet access and a telephone.

- The objective of these operators would be to canvass a database of customers to be supplied by the client (Existing computer dealers) and a database of SMME general end users who may be interested in the benefits of ITS printing. There are 2 outcomes from the call the first being to set up an appointment for the external reps or first prize is to get the potential customer to attend the Epson function to be held monthly to explain the benefits of ITS.

- All calls would be made as marketers .

- The operators would be expected to make a minimum of 80 calls per day followed up by an email with current ITS marketing material attached.

- Daily excel report to be produced detailing name, company, email and number of person contacted plus details of their interest.
