We are looking for call centre agents for a new Campaign for an inter African Company to be inbound customer service agents and offer technical support to customers from the following countries and able to speak the native language thereof.
This position will be suitable for hardworking individuals, with inbound call centre experience, customer service experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Agents will be required to work on a shift pattern basis – Monday – Sunday, including public holidays (Morning Shift 7am – 3pm, Power Shift 3pm – 11pm). Contract will be on a fixed term basis to begin with.
General – Required Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR’S CONTACT CENTRE EXPERIENCE - INBOUND
Must have strong customer service skills and be able to overcome objections professionally and efficiently
Excellent communication skills, must be articulate and extremely well spoken, in language applied for
Must be able to communicate via webchat/email with customers – strong written communication
Tenacious, with ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Possess ability to multitask.
Must have matric or equivalent
