Call Centre Positions
We are currently looking to employ suitable candidates for an internship within a Contact Centre at WNS in Cape Town.
We are looking for Learners between the ages of 18 – 34 (Not Strictly)
• Must be residing in Cape Town
• Must have a valid South – African ID
• Must have a good command of English and be well spoken
• No Experience required
• Training will be provided
We are looking for the following minimum requirements
• Matric
• NQF 5 (1 year certificate) and Higher
Candidates must have a minimum of a 1-year certificate in order to qualify.
Contact Center Agent Job Duties:
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
