REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration OR currently studying toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration OR a combination of relevant academic qualifications and work experience

2. 5+ years of experience in a management position

Manage a service department of +- 10 staff members
Ensuring and maintaining the following:
Service Level Agreements are met for local contracts as well as national contract base;

Weekly Feedback to Service Director, on outstanding spares;
managing system and process improvement within the Call centre and branches;
Cost Saving: Liaise with Refurb centre for 2nd hand spares; Monitor daily spares usage;
Report on cost saving figures monthly;
Ensuring Call Centre Staff logs and attends to Service Calls received via telephone, email, electronic alerts timeously;
Ensure that Service Call Administrators are proficient.
Attend to Daily escalation management-with feedback to relevant persons
Review Incoming Telephone calls Answered vs Calls missed via Dataview;
Sign off Credit notes(service related) once confirmed;
Supply Total calls logged monthly; Total Set ups Monthly;
Analyse OBO reports with the relevant regions monthly;
