Main job purpose
? Job purpose is to make customer service calls to existing clients
? As a senior, you may be required to direct the actions of other agents working as a team to ensure efficiency of department
? The role is also responsible for administration and reporting on daily and weekly stats
? The role is coordinating, managing and providing quality assurance for all calls and minimising client risk.

Experience
? At least 2 to 3 years experience in Financial Services Employee Benefits Role
