MiX Telematics has a vacancy a Call Centre Agent. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a world
class service to all customers and clients. This will include ensuring all alarms are attended to within the agreed
SLA (Service Level Agreement) and that all compliance in terms of Standard Operating Procedure is adhered to.

Responsibilities:

Ensure Customer Satisfaction by ensuring that every alarm is attended to and that SOP procedure is
conformed to.
Be performance and process driven, with a solution orientation and ultimate aim of marketing
products to ensure constant growth opportunities.
They will do this through:
Compliance to telephone technique standards. Handling of all calls to be done in a professional
manner, with a key focus on customer delight.
All alarms are to be handled within 4.5 minutes of them being generated by the system.
Dealing with 15 alarms per hour that they be on shift, ensuring with each that SOP is conformed to.
Ensuring that all external incoming calls are answered within as average of 3 seconds and that not
more than 4% of the incoming calls received, are lost in any given period.
Maintaining and improving on a score of 87% according to the scoring sheet used.

Must have requirements include:

Matriculation;
Call Centre experience would be an advantage;
Must be able to work shifts;
Good communication skills, timekeeping, being a team player and an enthusiastic approach are all
competencies required
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
