Vacancies exists at AGRICOLLEGES international (ACI) for motivated and energetic Call Centre Agents reporting directly to the Admissions Manager. The Call Centre Agents will be responsible for outbound sales calls, ensuring that maximum number of prospective student leads are converted into paying students. In doing so, Call Center Agents will establish and maintain professional and positive relationships with potential students on behalf of AGRICOLLEGES international.

Key responsibilities include:

- Understand, meet, and exceed targets set by your supervisor.
- Learn and remain aware and knowledgeable of ACI products, promotions and marketing practices.
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Effectively present, sell and discuss AGRICOLLEGES international products and services.
- Provide accurate product information and serve as a knowledgeable source for the customer.
- Process customer inquiries in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
- Effectively address customer questions, complaints and concerns within the scope of your responsibility.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
- Ensure all prospective student information is updated on the system and relevant prospect administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform similar or related duties, as assigned, such as updating databases; coordinating activities related to student admissions.
- Keep supervisor informed of area activities and significant problems.
- Complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

- Tertiary qualification(NQF 5 certificate or diploma), Call Centre Certificate would be highly advantageous.
- 12 months + experience within a fast-paced sales call-centre environment
- Administrative and Sales experience essential
- High EQ – well developed intra – and inter personal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Target Driven
- Above average computer and technologically proficient.
