Candidate Requirements

The following are key REQUIREMENTS to apply:

Matric with English as a first language
A clear credit and criminal record
12 months unbroken Call Centre experience
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
Customer focused
An enthusiastic, positive and motivated outlook
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Both customer and quality focused
Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone
Minimum monthly salary of R6250 + Shift Allowance up to R650

Up to R700 per month just for working weekend shifts.

Earn up to 20% of your basic salary as a performance incentive


Free Transport is provided and is available for shifts that end at 6pm onwards.

Free Medical Aid (Primary Care) is provided.
