Western Cape, Northern Suburb a well known financial services organization are
looking to employ a Call Centre Agent.

The individual will be responsible for
all incoming contact mediums and all related administration, develop and
maintain development.
Manage and adhere to established service level agreement
and investigating clients queries

Grade 12/ NQF 4 Equivalent qualification
Ability to speak African languages
2 years client services call centre exp, dealing with calls and admin function
Understanding of long term insurance industry and in house systems
