We are looking for Outbound Call Centre Agents and Debt Collectors without experience to work in a call centre on a permanent contract.

Duties
Take incoming calls about queries and complains
Make outgoing calls in regards with making sales and collecting outstanding debts from debtors.
Solve problems form clients
Make payment arrangements for outstanding debts
Update the database for sales and debts
Transfer relevant calls to relevant supervisors
Administration duties

Requirements
Matric/ grade 12
Female and male aged 20-35
No previous experience
Computer literary
English as advanced language and two other African languages

Basic salary plus commission is offered on a monthly basic.
