Applicants must comply with the following:
1. Must be fluent in English
2. Matric Certificate
3. Exceptional customer service skills
4. Exceptional phone etiquette
5. Must be able to multitask under pressure
6. Fully computer literate
7. Minimum 1-2 years call centre experience
8. Reliable transportation
9. Must be able to work shifts

Salary: R6 000 – R10 000 depending on experience.
