CALL CENTRE CONSULTANTS – CLIENT SERVICE
R5 000 Basic + R2000 Monthly Incentive
A well-established Insurance company is opening their Call Centre soon. We are SEEKING 50 CONSULTANTS and are in the process of shortlisting all candidates to start ASAP. Representatives will receive a competitive salary and the possibility to travel and progress their career. Our company is a fast paced company.
Job Role:
Working in a targeted environment to deliver sales opportunities to the sales team, from a number of data bases. Each representative will need to be able persuade potential customers to speak to a trained broker regarding their insurance needs. This can be done through your dynamic personality and customer service / sales experience.
We are needing Driven, Motivated & Dynamic candidates that meet with the job requirements below:
Must be extremely well spoken (have no strong accent
Must have Matric / Relevant high school qualification.
Must have at least 2 years Client Service experience – ideally within a Call Centre environment.
Previous Sales experience is also ideal – within a Call Centre environment.
Must be target driven and ambitious.
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Must have ability to work well under pressure.
Be passionate about client service and providing high service levels.
Must have a clear ITC Credit & Criminal record.
